Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all bookings made through Travel Club ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking, you agree to the terms of this Policy. Please read it carefully before making any travel arrangements.
1. General Terms
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and sent to sales@thetravelclub.in. Verbal cancellations and refund requests will not be accepted.
2. Cancellation by the Client

30 Days or More Before Departure: If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

15 to 29 Days Before Departure: If you cancel your booking between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled departure date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the total booking amount.

14 Days or Less Before Departure: If you cancel your booking 14 days or less before the scheduled departure date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount. No refunds will be provided.
3. Cancellation by Travel Club
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participation. If we cancel your booking for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, including but not limited to visa fees, vaccinations, travel insurance, or non-refundable transportation costs.
4. Non-Refundable Components
Certain components of your travel arrangements may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, airline tickets, hotel reservations, tour packages, and activity fees. If any such components are non-refundable, this will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided for these components under any circumstances.
5. Changes to Booking
Any changes to your booking requested by you may be subject to additional charges. We will make every effort to accommodate your change requests but cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible. Any changes made within 14 days of the scheduled departure date will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation fees outlined above.
6. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by banking processes or other financial institutions.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in the cancellation of your trip. Travel insurance should cover, but not be limited to, trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of luggage and personal effects.
8. Force Majeure
Travel Club shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
9. Governing Law
This Policy and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
